Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley are neighboring towns just a few miles apart. The "Tri-Cities" have a combined population just below 100,000. Prescott Valley and Chino Valley are not "in the tall pines" but in rolling grass lands with some Scrub Oak and Junipers.
You will be getting a wonderful way of life, year 'round comfortable weather, and all those downtown parades like your grandparents used to take you to! It's truly a small town atmosphere with big city amenities. (Oh, and one other plus, our property tax rates are modest!)
